1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Returned in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be approved.

3. Return Shipping Costs We believe in clear and fair policies:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Totsi will cover the return shipping cost. A prepaid return label will be provided, and a replacement or full refund will be offered at no extra cost.
  • Change of Mind / Customer Remorse: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, the style or size does not meet your preference, or you ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fees We value our customers. Totsi does NOT charge any restocking fee.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected:
